We spent another  sunny  day working on the garden fence. Today we stretched the 4′ sheep fence and got it stapled. We used a come-along and homemade fence puller to get it tight.  I decided to use the 4×4 to brace the fence puller. It was the right height and gave me an excuse to start up my favorite vehicle. We stapled the fence to the corner posts in sections to keep things tight. It turned out pretty good. The top of the fence was a little off center in the puller so it is not 100% perfect, but it’s up and it’s tight.

I made a tool to wrap the T-Post clips. It worked really well, and my 11 year old gave me a hand. We almost finished before it was time to get the grill ready for burgers and conecuh sausage dogs. We worked up a good appetite, and the grilled burgers were an awesome end to the day. Tomorrow we will make the gate and finish up on the clips. I still need to add the strands of wire to the top 2′.  Guess we will need to fire the grill again tomorrow!IMG_1018 (Medium)
